Ms. Kirby, who joined the firm in 2007, has practiced law since 2004 and became a registered patent attorney in 2005. She has experience in U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Ms. Kirby has assisted in complex intellectual property litigation and has experience in licensing and asset purchase matters.
In law school, Ms. Kirby served as Editor-in-Chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review. She has also co-presented a CLE seminar entitled "Primer on Copyright and Trademark Issues."
Ms. Kirby is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
