Mr. Jansson has extensive experience as lead counsel in litigation and disputed matters, and in a variety of other intellectual property cases, in both corporate and private law practice since 1969. Before establishing the firm, he was with Johnson Wax.
Areas of particular experience include patent and trademark law, trade dress law, unfair competition and related antitrust law.
Mr. Jansson was a Republican nominee for Congress. He has served on the Federal Judicial Selection Commission and on the Commerce Department's Intellectual Property Law Committee. He is a shareholder in the firm.
He is licensed in Wisconsin and Illinois, many federal courts, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
