Ms. Fenster, who came to the firm in 2003, serves as a Patent Agent for clients on matters before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. She has experience in various technical fields, including lighting technologies and the mechanical and chemical arts.
In 2001, she was admitted to practice before the Belarus National Center of Intellectual Property and has broad knowledge of international patent and trademark matters. A native of the Republic of Belarus, Ms. Fenster is fluent in Russian.
Ms. Fenster is licensed to practice before the United State Patent & Trademark Office.
